Flexible Trailing Cable Description: 

Low voltage Polyurethane ( PU ) Insulated trailing cable ,also named drag chain cable or crane cable for moving travelling equipments with different types

Application:

Moving travelling equipments,Robots, Crane,Lifter,Mobile cranes,Automatic machinery and equipments with different types.

Structure of Flexible Trailing Cable :

• Conductor: bare copper stranded wires

• Insulation: special PVC、TPE,PU

• Sheath jacket: PUR Polyurethane

• Unshield or Withe Shield

Standard: VDE0295 IEC

Electrical characteristics:

•  Test voltage: 2000V;

•  Conductor stranding method: ultra-fine copper wire stranding meets VDE 0295, class6 standards;

•  Insulation resistance: minimum 100 Mohm X km;

•  Working capacitance 800 Hz: core wire/core wire approximately 70 nF/km, core wire/shield approximately 110 nF/km;

•  Temperature range: mobile installation: --40°C to +80°C, fixed installation: -50°C to +80°C;

•  Bending radius: 10x cable diameter
