The friction coefficient of PTFE is very small, and it has excellent surface non-stick properties. High and low temperature resistance, long aging life. PTFE is called the king of plastics.
What is the advantage of PTFE teflon wire?
● Excellent high temperature resistance: PTFE teflon wire can be used for a long time at a temperature of 200~260. When the temperature is 320 degrees and below, PTFE will not be affected, and the insulation will not melt but will become soft. At the melting point, the outer insulation will return to its original state. We all know that the safety of wires and cables is of utmost importance. PTFE wire will not melt and drip at high temperature and will not cause fire.
● It can still work at minus 100 degrees. The temperature change will not affect the insulation performance of the wire.
● PTFE wire has the best corrosion resistance and chemical stability: resistant to aqua regia and all organic solvents
● Among all the plastic wires, the weather resistance of PTFE wire is the best,PTFE insulated wire is with the longest aging life among all the teflon insulated high temperature wires.
● The friction coefficient of PTFE is very small, and the surface of the wire has excellent non-stick properties.
