Application of Thermocouple Wire:
Thermocouple wire cables are used to extend the cold ends of the thermocouples in the temperature testing systems. They are used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, power generation, defense and scientific research and cables for connection between thermocouples and temperature display instrument.
Structure for thermocouple wire:
Conductor: Nickel-chrome, Nickel-silicone, Iron, Copper-nickel, Copper
Insulation: FEP Teflon or PVC or Silicone rubber
Sheath: FEP, PVC
Shape: Round
Size: From 0.035mm2, 0.05mm2....to 6.0mm2
Color: White-blue-red-black-brown-yellow-green-transparent-yellow/green
Implanted standard:
GB/4989-94 standard is equivalent to IEC584-3 standard.
Flame-proof property accord with GB/ T18380.3(idt.IEC60332-3)
Application characteristics:
1. The operation temperature: 700C or 1050C
2. The lowest environment temperature: -400C, Non-Fixed deploying: -15oC
3. Fixed deploying: laying temperature of the cable:≥0℃
4. Permitted bending radius: Permitted bending radius is not smaller than 12 times outer diameter of the cable with copper tape wrapping shield and 6 times for other cables.
