1. Equipment: Small pressure equipment with automatic temperature control, timing and multi-specification tubular cavity.
2. Rubber material: It is the same as the wire material of the patched wire, and the content of rubber is higher than that of the patched material, and the vulcanization system is slightly stronger.
3. Operation method:
1. Set the temperature and time according to the vulcanization system of the rubber;
2. Wash the repaired area with ink thinner for rubber, especially the joints should be fully treated;
3. Cut appropriate amount of repair rubber according to the size of the gap, and pay attention to not too much or too little;
4. Put the cut rubber material in the gap, pay attention to the rubber material not higher than the circumference of the wire;
5. Wrap it with high temperature resistant PP tape. Put it into a tubular mold cavity slightly smaller than the wire diameter, and lock the upper and lower molds so that the compensated position has a certain pressure. Note that the cavity diameter is slightly smaller than the wire diameter by 0.1~0.2mm;
6. When the vulcanization time is up, take out the product. If there is a small amount of rubber overflow, use a sharp blade to repair it, and use the thinner to wipe it out.
4. Verification method:
Press a proper amount of air into the patched wire and place it in the water, and see if there is any air leakage to determine whether it is good or bad.
