110KV XLPE Power Cable

Standard: GB/T 11017,IEC 60840,AS/NZS 1429.2...,special type and specification can be customized as per customer’s requirement.

110KV XLPE Cable Construction：

Conductor :

the cable conductor can be made of copper or aluminium, it is up to client’s requirement or current carrying capacity. Available conductor constructions including: round solid conductors up to 1600mm² ; circular stranded compacted conductors up to 1200mm² ; oval shaped stranded compacted conductors up to 800mm² for external gas pressure cables (OM).

Conductor Screen:

Extruded layer of semi-conducting cross-linked compound is applied over the conductor and shall cover the surface completely.

Insulation of 110KV XLPE Cable:

cross-linked polyethylene compound XLPE.

Insulation Screen:

Extruded layer of semi-conducting cross-linked compound is applied over the insulation.

Semi-conductive Layer:

The metallic layer may be applied over the core assembly collectively. The metallic screen shall consist of either copper tapes or a concentric layer of copper wires or a combination of tapes and wires.

Inner sheath/Separated Sheath:

Corrugated aluminum tape inner sheath

Jacket: PVC or PE

Outer layer: conductive layer graphite layer

Type name:

YJLW02: corrugated aluminum inner sheath, PVC Jacket

YJLW03: corrugated aluminum inner sheath, PE Jacket

Packing:

Steel Wooden drum, or all Steel drum
