Structure of reel Crane cable：

1.Conductor：bare oxygen free copper or Tinned-copper, class 5 stranded soft wires

2.Insulation：Mixed elastomer nitrile or TPE or PUR material, flexible and elastic material

3.Insulation core wire identification: color coded distinction or digital number (can be customized according to customer requirements)

4. Insulation core structure: anti-twist structure, composite cabling.

5. Reinforcer of crane cable: multi-strand hemp Rope filling, galvanized steel wire rope, Kevlar tensile fiber and other combined tensile drum cable components (optional);

6. Inner sheath: extruded high-strength special composite sheath special material

7.Shield: Oxygen-free bare copper wire braiding or oxidation-resistant copper wire braided shield, braided density ≥ 70% or above 85, which can effectively prevent internal and external interference (different models vary)

8. Outer sheath / Jacket: high strength PUR ;
