Recently, a batch of custom-made PTFE sheathed cables produced by our company have completed the full inspection and cushion packaging procedures. They are now ready for shipment to European customers and will be used for connecting local high-temperature industrial equipment, precision sensing instruments, and automated production lines.
This batch of cables is customized for the customers: the outer diameter of the finished product is 4.15 ± 0.15 mm, with a two-core 20AWG structure. Each single conductor uses 19 strands of 32AWG tin-plated copper. The standard length of each reel is 305 meters. They are wrapped with plastic spools, isolated by foam shock absorption, and protected by an export outer cardboard box to avoid the risk of wear during long-distance sea and land transportation.
The base material for cable insulation wrapping is PTF. It meets the demanding usage requirements of European environments: the temperature resistance range is -200℃ to 260℃, suitable for wiring in high-temperature scenarios such as heat treatment and temperature measurement furnaces in European factories.
