Regular manufacturers are subject to inspection by supervision departments on a regular basis.Therefore, sellers should be able to provide inspection reports from quality inspection departments, otherwise there is a lack of basis for determining the quality of the product.

        3,Insulation and sheath testing.The thickness of insulation and sheath should be uniform and free of deflection, and there should be obvious tension and elongation on the hand touch.At the same time, the surface of insulation and sheath should have continuous printing marks of the manufacturer name and product model, with a mark spacing of no more than 200mm for insulation and no more than 500mm for sheath.

       4,Observe the smoothness and color of the wire body.The copper conductor of wire and cable is a metal-plated or non-metal-plated annealed copper wire, and the aluminum conductor is an aluminum or aluminum alloy wire with a smooth surface. The copper conductor is light purple and the aluminum conductor is silver white. Otherwise, the conductor may be mixed with other impurities, causing a decrease in conductivity.

        5,Measure DC resistance.To ensure the quality of the purchased wire and cable, it is recommended to first cut 3-5 meters from the product to be purchased and send it to an inspection agency for DC resistance measurement.

        6,Measure the length.National standards have clear regulations on the delivery length of wire and cable.The length of the coil should be 100m, and the length of the reel should be greater than 100m. Consumers can measure according to the length marked on the label. The standard stipulates that the length error should not exceed 0.5% of the total length.If it fails to meet the lower limit of the standard, it is considered to be unqualified.
