Product Overview
This gray power cable is made from UL2651 flat cable as the base material, equipped with 1.27mm spacing red IDC piercing connectors. It enables multiple points of single cable to be segmented and crimped with terminals. A black protective sheath is added at the outlet position, making its durability superior to that of conventional ordinary cables.

Flat Ribbon Cable

Parallel-type tin-coated copper conductor + flame-retardant PVC insulation layer, arranged in a regular pattern, with uniform electrical properties, resistant to stretching and bending, possessing excellent insulation and short-circuit prevention capabilities, and in compliance with UL wire safety standards.

IDC piercing connector

An integrated red plastic snap-on cover. The internal metal pins pierce through the insulation layer to achieve electrical connection. No soldering is required. The connection is firm and non-detachable. It is easy to disassemble and assemble, and is compatible with standardized socket connections.

Segmented protective sheath

Cover each outlet position with a black heat shrink sleeve to provide enhanced protection for the bending and stressed areas, preventing wear, cracking and copper wire exposure, thereby extending the service life of the wiring harness.

Multiple branching structures
