Applicable scope:
No insulation control cable is widely used in electrical connections between mobile electrical equipment in high-temperature industries such as power, petrochemical, steel, smelting, power plants, coking plants, aviation, electronics, ships, ports, automobile manufacturing, and other applications with special requirements such as temperature resistance, control, lighting, communication lines, and monitoring circuits.
Cable structure:
Conductor: made of multiple strands of bare copper wire, with a weaving density of ≥80%.
Digital number filling: used to identify the core.
High temperature filled rope tape: thin flame retardant cloth tape.
Shield: Bare copper wire braided shield.
Outer sheath: high temperature resistant fluoroplastic (F46).
