Component Composition
1. Conductor: Single-core conductor with a specification of 0.12mm². It is made of multiple strands of ultra-fine tin-plated copper wires twisted together. The inner core is twisted with multiple thin wires to enhance the bending tolerance and prevent breakage; the tin coating prevents copper oxidation, ensuring no discoloration over time and stable resistance.
2. Insulation Layer: Each core wire is independently insulated with PVC. It distinguishes six colors (black / white / red / green / blue / yellow), eliminating the need to check the wire labels during wiring, thus increasing the efficiency of on-site assembly; the insulation layer is uniform in thickness and has stable voltage resistance.
3. Filled Cable: Multi-core twisted with filling buffer materials, the cable is compact and does not loosen. The core wires will not rub against each other and cause damage during spiral stretching.
4. Outer Sheath: Imported modified PUR polyurethane material, with excellent elasticity and no deformation.

Packaging protection instructions
Wrap with PE film, seal with thick export carton to prevent deformation during transportation and avoid damage from the protective cover. Suitable for cross-border sea freight export.
