High temperature Resistant FEP Wire
Wire Type: AF200 belong to high temperature wire，it can resist high temperature 200℃
What is the Teflon FEP wire and FEP material:
FEP is also named one of high temperature resistant material fluoroplastic(Teflon wire material). Full name is fluorinated ethylene propylene, FEP is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, so it is also shortly named F46. FEP crystal melting point is 304, density is 2.15g/CC (grams/cubic centimeter).Choose FEP as wires insulation can make wire cable resist high temperature to 200℃.FEP wires have fine mechanical property,electrical performance,and it is more easier to be formed and manufactured than PTFE,cost is lower than other Teflon material, so it is the good choice for high temperature wire cable.
Application of Teflon FEP Wire :
High temperature FEP wires is suitable for various household electric appliances,lighting equipment, electronic instrument equipment,small electric motor, electromagnetic coils, automotive temperature sensor connection to lead,automotive internal connection line ,and other electronics and electrical appliances.
