Standard of 66KV XLPE Cable:
GB/T 11017, IEC 60840,other standard such as AS/NZS,BS, ASTM can be customized.GB standard means Chinese
National standard,it is equivalent to IEC standard.
High voltage cable product by GB11017 "rated voltage of 110 kV copper, Aluminum core
XLPE power cable" and IEC60840 "rated voltage 30 kV to 150kV power cable insulation crowded pack test" standard.
Application scope:
HV XLPE Power Cable is suitable for public or private Power plant, Substation, it is can be also use in power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 48/66KV, 64/110kV,76/132kV.For laying indoors, in tunnel, cable tube, directly under ground, able to bear external mechanical forces and certain pulling force.
Using characteristics:
Rated power-frequency voltage U0/U: 48/66kV,64/110kV,76/132kV.
Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 90ºC.
Max. short-circuit
temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250ºC(5s maximum duration).
The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0ºC.
The bending radius should not less than 25 times of the cable diameter.
Construction of 66KV XLPE Cable High voltage cable：
Instruction on Cable Construction:
Compact conductor is adopted with compact index over 0.9; 5-section conductor will be used when the cross-sectional area exceeds and includes 1000 mm².
Inner screen consists of semi-conducting nylon strip (double layers for 1000mm² and above) and extruded super-smooth semi-conducting screen.
The insulation is made of super-purified XLPE insulated material.
The insulation screen is made super-smooth semi-conducting material.
YJLW002 and YJLW03 have two layers of semi-conducting waterproof tape with thickness of 0,2mm and overlapped wrapping as buffer layer.
YJLW02 and YJLW03 is made of corrugated aluminum.
The material of outer sheath is 90℃ PVC or PE, whose surface is graphite or synchronous extruded semi-conducting electrode layer with thickness of 0.3~0.4mm.
