In general, the basic requirements for thermocouple electrode materials are:
1. In the temperature range, the thermoelectric properties are stable, do not change with time, have sufficient physical and chemical stability, and are not easy to oxidize or corrode;
2, small resistance temperature coefficient, high conductivity, small specific heat;
3, the thermoelectric potential generated in temperature measurement is large, and the thermoelectric potential and temperature are linear or close to linear single value function relationship;
4. Good material replication, high mechanical strength, simple manufacturing process and cheap price.
Working Temperature
Heat resistance:Max.200℃&450℃ for heat resistant cable
General:Max.70℃&105℃ for common cable
Bending radius:
It should be no less than 16 times that of cable outer diameter for compensational cable with copper tape shielding.
It should be no less than 10 times that of cable outer diameter for compensational cable with structure.
